USAGE TIPS
Read the instructions before use.
Cold therapy: Put in the freezer for at least 2 hours (4 hours for optimal use).
Heat Therapy: Microwave for time and temperature indicated. Mix the beads well and test the pocket temperature before use. Heat for an additional 5 seconds if needed until desired temperature is reached.
The application should not exceed 20 minutes. Wait at least 20 minutes before any new application. If necessary, reapply for 20 minutes.
Recommended heating time in the microwave, consult the instructions.
It is also possible to heat the bag in water with a saucepan, instructions to consult on the instructions.
Always check pocket temperature before application. Prolonged application could cause injury, including burns.
